Eventually, the staff will have some idea what characters we need apped, and we will update this page to reflect that.

This is also where our members can post any characters they would like to put up for adoption! To add an NPC that you'd like to be picked up, simply reply to this form with any information you can offer.

These are all members of Aubert's vampire hunting team! I will be NPCing them heavily but would be glad to have someone pick them up. The names listed could be a first or a last name, your call, but I do ask that they be one or the other simply because I will have used them a ton. xP

Name: Michel
Details: The investigator of the group, and invaluable member of the team. Michel is particularly good at following money and paper trails, and as the youngest witch/wizard on the team, is subject to a fair bit of teasing. Character is French.

Name: Martin
Details: The other 'bruiser' of the group, Martin is a former professional dueler who was barred from the ring after being suspended for the umpteenth time for breaking the rules of the match. Martin is outgoing and talented, is madly in love with France (and unhappy about being in Britain), and is an excellent strategist. Martin and Aubert regularly have lighthearted arguments about whether Martin has a prayer of a chance getting into Heaven one day. Character is French.

Name: Rain*
Details: A young squib he uses for bait, British, mid to late twenties, short brown hair. In private moments Aubert insists on using her real first name, which may annoy her, and he is exceptionally kind to her. While Rain is not a witch, she is exceptionally good in a crisis, uncommonly brave, and very selfless when it comes to protecting her team. She knows enough first aid to keep them alive should all go to hell in a handbasket, and she has already saved Aubert's life by using a nearby fire and a stash of floo powder to transport him to St. Mungo's after he was attacked by a vampire in London. *This character was created firstly by Blitz here, and because I wanted a 'bait' character I stole her!
Looks: Short spiky brown hair. I'm fond of the idea of Winona Ryder, but there's Natalie Portman, Keira Knightley, Ciara, Rihanna. Anyone!

Name: Thomas
Details: An auror assigned to his team by the Ministry to keep an eye on him while he is in Britain, Thomas delights in reminding Aubert of all the laws he's potentially breaking, and complaining about the others speaking in French just to be annoying. Thomas does not think it was worth it to bring a known Death Eater back into the country and doubts Aubert's outward show of piety and helpfulness. Thomas is an excellent magical tracker and is quickly becoming a valued asset nonetheless, but the auror (and the Ministry) is almost certainly intrigued by the idea that they might just find enough information to put Aubert behind bars for good once the vampire business is done.
Looks: No preference! As the other two wizards are male, a female might be nice!

To be honest, all of these are generally negotiable in terms of personality (though not in ages/names). Just hit me up with a PM/IM if you want any of them, and let me know if you want to change them.

Name: Madeline Worthington (née Bogouis)
Details: 45 years old. Madeline attended Beauxbatons, and is very accomplished in magic, particularly Potions. She once worked as the liaison officer between the French and Englsih Ministry, which is where she met Kieth Worthington, an Auror. He seemed to always catch her in the corridor or lift, and flirt obscenely. Eventually, she came into his charms. They've now been married for 23 years, and are still madly in love. She is very maternal and affectionate. Her family is the most important thing to her, although she still manages to keep her career alive - something else that means a lot to her.

Name: Kieth Worthington
Details: 49 years old. Kieth is a reknowned Auror, although he never really needed to work - the Worthingtons are of old money. He was a 'lad about town' in his younger days, and still hasn't lost that twinkle in his eye and cheekiness that drives his wife mad (though she loves it really, he's sure). A doting father, if a bit lax when it comes to rules and discipline.

Name: Cecilia Worthington
Details: 24 years old. Cecilia is the eldest of the Worthington siblings - and boy, can you tell. Brash, bossy with a fiery temper, she's one you don't want to get on the wrong side of. She's lost the spoilt brattishness of her younger years, although she's still known to throw a rare tantrum here or there. I don't want her to be a total nightmare - her family love her despite being slightly scared of her, and some nicer attributes to reflect that would be good. She's my favourite character of the Worthingtons, but the least developed, so have fun with her?
Looks: Up to player. Maybe Alexa Chung? I really don't mind.

Name: Pernilla Worthington
Details: 16 years old, Hufflepuff Sixth Year. Twins with Quentin, Pernilla is quiet and reserved. She's a sweetheart, who struggles to assert herself in her family, and isn't too sure about "who she is". The fact she is overshadowed by her twin doesn't help matters, nor does her eldest sister. While Frasier seems to want to give her space to grow, she feels a little stifled, even if she loves her family. She mostly socialises within her very close circle of friend. This is pretty flexible - as long as she isn't completely outlandish, you can change her up a bit, though she will always be something of the black sheep of the family. I originally played her on old SnF, as an older version than this, where she was a fugitive after breaking under the pressure of two people who had made her Hogwarts life hell, just for your own back knowledge, but obviously it might be a little over dramatic, and generally unnecessary. Just for your own info, really.
Looks: Was thinking Lily Cole, but completely negoitable.

Name: Quentin Worthington
Details: 16 years old, Slytherin Sixth Year. Twins with Pernilla. Boy, is this one a firecracker. Ambitious to get further than even his father, he's self-assured and thinks of himself as a lady's man (even if the ladies don't quite agree). He's got very tunnelled-vision, and says things that set a lot of people off.
Looks: Up to player.

Name: Ruby Worthington
Details: 14 years old, Hufflepuff Sixth Year. The youngest of a big family, Ruby is a little spoilt, unsuprisingly. Generally sweet in nature, she can get a little huffy when not getting her own way. Very flexible on Ruby.

Name: Arthur 'Artie' Tate
Details: Arthur is 35 years old and the younger brother to Thomas Tate. He is a muggle who has always been jealous of his magically-talented older brother and who has always believed, deep down, that he has (super) latent magical ability. He has failed the Kwikspell correspondence course several times and has enrolled yet again, despite his brother trying to talk him out of it. He dresses in robes and has a fake wand (he is not legally allowed to carry a real one and was dobbed in to the Ministry by Thomas when he tried). He is forever dropping around for impromptu visits and short stays at Thomas' flat even though he still lives with their parents.

Name: Selina Harrison
Details: Selina is the pool secretary for Thomas Tate and three other Aurors at the Ministry, doing their paperwork, filing and taking their messages. She is a bright and competent young woman who Thomas has a soft spot for.
Looks: No preference!

Name: Jones
Details: One of the Aurors that share office space with Thomas. Jones is very much the wise woman of the group; older than the others and with a lot more experience under her belt. They're all taking bets on when she will actually retire but so far the pot is yet to go off. Thomas likes to think that he's her favourite. Considering the state of the other people they work closely with, it's not much of a race.
Looks: Female. No preference!

Name: Dennis
Details: One of the Aurors that share office space with Thomas. Dennis seems unable to take his job seriously, even though it was a lot of work to get there. A bit of a slob and makes stupid jokes which only really amuse him. Thomas is always lamenting over the state of Dennis' desk.
Looks: Male. No preference! Played by Jen.

Name: MacIntosh
Details: One of the Aurors that share office space with Thomas. McIntosh is fresh out of Auror training and a bit too keen to get into the swing of things. Makes a lot of mistakes and definitely doesn't follow protocol, which drives Thomas up the wall. Tends to be a little bit accident prone.

Name: Aislinn Leigh Dennis - Not Negotiable
Age: 16 - Not Negotiable
House - Any

Details: A little bit spoiled in nature, she and her dad have a quarrelsome relationship at best and tend to do a great deal of arguing. They do love each other but it's been a very hard time for them over the years with him working as an Auror. Her mom died when she was 7, killed by a werewolf that had been kidnapping and killing people.

Looks: It's kind of up to you. Her dad has darker hair and eyes, but her mother was blond and fair. Really no preference. Something reminding him of her mom would add to the drama between them.

Name: Alex (Aleixo) Cardoso
Details:
He is Jeanette's ex-fiance who she left in France. She broke off their engagement over an argument centered around her wanting to return to England, and now looking for someone to pick him up and have him move to Hogwarts to stir up a little trouble for dear of Jeanette. He is Portuguese, speaks very good French, English, and Portuguese though. Would prefer for him to take up work at Hogwarts to make her life miserable, but him just being in England would be enough >.<

Looks: Negotiable, to an extent. Suggested Play-By - Rodrigo Santoro

I'm open to certain suggestions on this one...but would love to throw some awkwardness into her life. She's a bit too dull for my liking at the moment XD

Name: Kilney (last name)
Details:
Kilney is a Slytherin seventh year whose mother is a famous witch. Prior to the Sorting Hat putting them in different houses, Kilney and Mysie shared a Hogwarts Express compartment, which he took up because they both had celebrity parents and he thought they would benefit from the mutual connection. Mysie has never been impressed by him, however, and after being sorted in different houses her rejection became even more pronounced. That's when Kilney took up bullying Merlin to get Mysie's attention, and over the years he has become her arch-nemesis. Would be good if he was a Slytherin beater, too. xP Lots of fun to be had here with an antagonistic relationship, but with loads of similarities between the characters and a possible eventual cross-house and cross-team friendship. Plus, plotting with both Merlin and Mysie!

Name: Blair - means 'battlefield.'
Details: 29, older brother, hit wizard, quite competitive with his siblings and always giving Effie a hard time because, secretly, he's jealous she got into the auror program (he's just one step down in the Hit wizards, which are like Magical SWAT team members) and because that's just how he's programmed. In a pinch, he would be by her side in an instant, but usually he gives her (and the rest of his siblings) a hard time. He's an exceptional hit wizard and quite a little hot shot at the Magical Law department.

Name: Dermot - means 'not jealous.'
Details: 28, older brother to Effie MacIntosh, Dermot is decidedly lower key than Blair, though they are quite close. He is often the spokesperson that smooths out any ruffled feathers that Blair might strike up. He's a part of the Magical Law Enforcement Patrol - like your every day police - which puts him at the 'bottom rung' out of himself, Blair, and Dermot, but that suits him just fine because his hours are regular and it keeps his wife from worrying. He has two daughters and is constantly asking Effie to babysit as an excuse to pry into her personal life to see how she's doing.

Name: Maeva - means 'she who intoxicates.'
Details: 26, older sister, just goes by 'Maeva' to the public, supermodel. Though they work together, Maeva is a bit more prima donna than her little sister, but they are both rather blase about their fame, since it depends very little on their talents and more on their God-given looks. They both have side projects - Maeva, for instance, enjoys stage acting - and Maeva is also a little more concerned with appearances and gives Effie a hard time for being so unconcerned with her own pretty face.

Name: Keeva - means 'beautiful'
Details: 24, older sister, Keeva and Maeva have always been attached at the hip, and because Maeva is more boisterous and more demanding for attention, Keeva has often had to buck up against her older sister to have her say. She has a dryer, wittier personality than Maeva, and is also a bit more independent, and less likely to seek out the limelight.

Name: Shaw - means admirable or hawk-like
Details: 16-17, younger brother, imagine him as a Ravenclaw, quieter, bookish sort who plans to make his mark on the world in a subtler, but ultimately more impactful way than wrestling bad guys. He'll probably get ribbed by his siblings for being quieter, and Maeva and Keeva will probably stick up for him as they're a bit quieter for all their fame.
Looks: Shawn Ashmore, for a suggestion.

Name: Bridget Collins (though I'm not really sold on the last name)
Details: 34, Healer at St. Mungo's, Muggle-Born. She and Glyn dated for about 6 years. She was the person who helped him most with dealing with becoming a werewolf. She put up with the stress of him and his mood swings, and the rather rough adjustment to being a werewolf, but the drama of that kind of relationship and his insistence that he would not marry her, despite the fact they were living together for so long left things strained. She ended up cheating on Glyn with a friend of their's (who was also in a relationship at the time), and Glyn found out. They broke up, and she got to keep their apartment, he got to keep the dog, Minnie Mouse. Her sister (muggle) operates the Wolf Sanctuary where Glyn volunteers.

Looks: Not really tied to anyone specific at the moment. Was thinking Marisa Tomei or Monica Bellucci kind of.

Most of the detail for her being a healer too, if a different career is preferable that works too.
